In 2007 Rory Sabbatini was one of the most improved players on
the American circuit. Not this year though, since he bought a Camper Van and decided to take the family with him wherever he played as it was too stressful to leave them at home - idiot! Hopefully, as Colonial is in Texas where he has his ranch he can leave them at home and concentrate on making us some money!
He won this event last year, was 6th in 2005 and 5th
in 2003. A decent tied 27th in the Players championships will hopefully spark a return to form on a course he loves.

Its worth backing Angel Cabrera to beat Jusin Rose over 72 holes in Ladbrokes Match Bet.

As already highlighted Cabrera's course form is unquestionable.Although Rose has some decent form at Wentworth too his current form is poor. Two missed cuts on the trot and a withdrawal due to back problems are his last three starts on the PGA Tour. He's starting this week with a new caddy too, so several question marks over Rose this week.

bad news for Wentworth.
Casey has slightly better course form than Karlsson but the huge gulf in current form makes this a bet for us.

Take Victor Chandlers 4/6 on Delhi to get the highest 6 over total in tomorrows IPL Cricket match.

Dravid's Bangalore are is disarray and have shown no intent with the bat. There last 6 over totals have beem 23,50 and 35 as opposed to Delhi's 68,48 and 37. So with the help of deadly duo of Sehwag and Gambir averaging 15 points more than Bangalore's openers over the last 3 games, we have to take the 4/6.

Jayasuriya hit a 45 ball ton in his last game and with Tendulkar at the crease with him a fast start is likely. In contrast Kolkata are slow out of the blocks and 8/11 is well worth a punt.

With Gilchrist opening with Gibbs early fireworks usually ensue. There is talk again that the huge hitting Alfridi could partner Gilchrist up from which would be a massive bonus for this bet. Delhi's openers Sehwag and Gambir and capable of scoring too, but Deccan have a good edge for us.

The Kolkata track is by far the worst in the Premier league, producing scores of 110, 137 and 127 so far in the first innings. With another low scoring affair probale it will be tough for any batsman to score 50 or more. Blue Squares 7/2 looks way to high for us.

We like the 21/10 on offer for the 1st test between England and New Zealand ending in a draw.

Lords is a good batting track, the last 4 tests here have ended in a draw. Although the forecasts for the weekend are sketchy at the moment bad weather looks a distinct possibility over the weekend.

The draw in currently trading shorter than 2/1 on betfair and could well go lower before Thursdays start.

We like the 4/5 on offer with Boylesports on GLOUCESTER to score more runs than Glamorgan in the 1st 15 overs match bet.

94 hit the drink last year, mainly due to strong winds on day 1 and 2. Wind is forecast again this week, but not to the same degree as last year. However the new putting surfaces are what will see this bet go beyond the target number in our opinion. We found these extracts from the players interviews:

PHIL MICKELSON: I played today, and it's in fabulous shape. 12th here last year on his 1st visit to Sawgrass he's a very solid player who could well go close. He's been in solid form this year with several good finishes including a 3rd place spot at the Masters.

Not a very original selection but we have to take the 100/30 on Ronnie O`sullivan to win next months World Championships.

Yesterdays draw proved to be a peach for Ronnie who is paired against Qualifier Chuang in the 1st round. The only name of any note in his quarter is Doherty.

Ronnies off the table life is good at the moment too, he seems much happier than he has in the past. When his head is straight he`s very hard to beat.

We have found a peach of a bet in this years World Championships starting next weekend, 62 or less tournament centuries, currently trading at a whopping 15/8 with Skybet.

This bet would have landed 3 times in the last 5 years with make ups of 68,46,64,55,51. You could argue that there are several heavy scorers at the crucible this year, but there are question marks over some of their form.Hendry is well past his heavy scoring best.Also we have heard a whisper that Higgins is having all sorts of cue problems and the wheels have fallen off Ding Junhui's game. 

The Spreads go 62-64 which backs up the fact that 15/8 is a wrong price.

We like the 80/1 on offer for NICK WATNEY to take this weeks PGA event, the Wachovia Championship.

He has solid course form finishing inside the top 25 the last three years at Quail Hollow. He has been knocking on the door this season and is a proven winner.

We have a strong opinion on Joe Perry to beat Ali carter in todays semi final best of 33 encounter.

Perry has looked the stronger of the two players and should relish the long slog. They have met 3 times in the past, Perry winning all 3.

Perry's consistancy and grit should see him through and we just have to have a decent bet at odds against.

We like the 11/10 on offer with Stan James on a break over 129 in the O'Sullivan - Wenbo match this afternoon.

O'Sullivan has hit top gear knocking in a 140 and a 147 against Williams. With Wenbo's reckless attitude there should be big breaks galore in this match.

Jump on to Paddy Powers under 2.5 centuries in the Ebdon/Carter clash.

Neither player are prolific breakmakers and they will have to go some to make 3 centuries for this bet to lose. Paddies actually price this the same as the Hendry/Day clash which is puzzling as they are both very heavy scorers.

A confident pick for us.

Although backing Ronnie O'Sullivan to win the tournament we have to take him on in his second round clash against Mark Williams.

The 5/2 on Williams seems to good to miss. Williams was back to his best in his first round encounter. Although he wasn't really tested to the full he showed enough form to warrant a back against O'sullivan. Ronnie didn't look at his best against qualifier Chuang and the 10-5 score was flattering. He missed alot of balls and will be heavily punished if making the same mistakes against Williams. His temperment is looking frail and he seems to be carrying the 'dont care less attitude'

Snap up Paddy powers 11/10 on over 2.5 centuries in the Robertson/ Maguire second round encounter.

Maguire looks in good form notching 2 tons in the process of beating Hamilton 10-3. In fairness he could have made a couple more. Although Robertson failed to make a ton in his first match he looks in fine fettle and could well hit a couple himself.

Over the best of 25 frames we will be very surprised if this bet doesn't cop.

0 so far in his two games to date this is a very strong bet for us. He`s hit 16 and 12 180s in the last 2 years of the premier league. His fat barelled darts make it very hard for him to get all 3 darts in the lipstick.

Take the 4/9 on Ken Doherty to beat Liang Wenbo in their 1st round clash on 23rd April ( Stan James, Bet Direct )

Wenbo is a decent player when in the balls, but has got the worst safety game of any player in the Pro ranks in our opinion. Doherty will tie him in knots and have him slashing at long balls from the word go. Doherty`s safety game will be too much for Wenbo. Its also Wenbo`s 1st time on the big stage, he will be very nervous.

We appreciate it`s a short price, but it`s a very confident pick for us.

Take the 4/6 on Joe Perry to beat Stuart Bingham in their recond round clash.

Perry played some high class Snooker in beating Dott 10-7, making three century breaks in the process. On the other hand, Bingham was dire against Davis, stumbling over the line 10-8.

They have played 3 times in the past, Perry winning all three.

A maximum bet here for us.

We believe the 5/6 on Joe Perry to beat Graeme Dott in the 1st round of the World Championship in tremendous value.

It's fair to say Dott has gone at the game. He is currenty on a 15 match run without a win, the most recent, a 5-1 stuffing by the veteran Nigel Bond in the China Open. Without a win since October 07 it's beyond believe how some bookies go 5/6 each of two here.

Although Perry lost 5-3 to Ding in this weeks China open he looked sharp.

They are 2-2 in head to heads, but we strongly fancy Perry to take this one.
